This program is so knowledgeable. Before I signed up for this, I did not believe that a person could learn so much in just a span of about 8 hours (for me, divided into 3 days). While 'enjoying' my way through the course, I felt my brain building muscles and evolving. Lol. The best part was that none of it "NONE-OF-IT" felt like studying. I was having fun. And every time the beat down happened, I felt as if I was not prepared. I felt I was having fun most of the time so how was I supposed to take the tests. I thought I did not learn anything. Anyways, I took the test. Full. I somehow remembered fully whatever was taught. That's when I realised how falsely we see learning as. Its actually a beautiful thing. Logophilia is the proof of that. I'm so thankful for this program. I've begun my 2nd round now coz why not !?!?! .. haha.

This course has added a dimension to my character. Changed my perspective and now I am getting a sense of what was Sapir-Whorf hypothesis discussed in the movie arrival. During this course, I was encouraged to read more and buy some etymology books and now the condition is that whenever I encounter a new word I go for its etymological root. Thank you for making this course available online. someday i will learn this in person (in classroom).

I finished the Logophilia Vocabulary Masterclass today. I must say it is a very well constructed course. I feel more comfortable with the English language now. This course was a kind of a revision for me as I had participated in the Logophilia Gala '17 where I had been taught much more about etymology than in this class. I had lost touch with etymology in the past years, this course has ignited my love for etymology once again. I liked the option to change the playback speed of the recorded videos, it's a small but a very useful tool. The frequent LETS quizzes/ Pitaee between the videos were instrumental in assessing myself and checking whether or not I was able to recapitulate the vast information I had learnt in the video lessons. I would like to suggest that you could make the LETS quizzes/Pitaee a time bound test because I felt that there being unlimited time to attempt the test makes it somewhat easier to answer. I recall when I had given a qualification test for Gala'17 in APS (Alld), it had 30 questions and the time provided was 180 secs. Also, at Gala'17, the written test of 120 questions was to be answered in 12 mins. The limited time to answer checked whether or not the etymology students had the roots on their fingertips. Overall, it was a very informative and instructive course. I am glad that I made the decision to buy the course. Looking forward to more such courses.
